The role emphasizes collaboration with executive stakeholders and technical teams, driving project success and continuous improvement in IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience per Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
• Experience coordinating multiple technology projects in a complex environment.
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and records.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure transparent communication among teams.
• Support AI/automation initiatives and continuous improvement in IT processes.
