Job summary

Dawn InfoTek Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team to support a major bank. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days in the office and offers extension possibilities.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, develop business cases, manage budgets, and oversee stakeholders using Agile. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Master’s degree and PMP/PMI-ACP preferred; extensive experience in large-scale projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years in business case development and budget ownership.
• Experience leading complex projects with significant business impact.
• 5 years applying Agile in large-scale environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure.

IT Project Manager

We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Hybrid: 3-4 days in office.

Possibility of extension: Yes

Typical Day in Role

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis and ROI projections.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Apply Agile principles to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, promoting continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Must Have Skills:

• 10 years of progressive experience in project management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
• 5+ experience in business case development and budget ownership.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with significant business impact.
• 5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of data governance, metadata, and quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) and data modernization projects.

Education:
