Job summary

vTech Solution in Canada seeks an experienced Project Manager (Central Intake) to lead clinical IT project implementations for a major healthcare organization in Saskatchewan, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Reporting to the Director of Citizen and Referral Services, you will guide project teams, manage plans, and oversee requirements, design, and communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Minimum five (5) years managing large-scale IT software or infrastructure projects.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead a cross-functional project team fostering innovation, teamwork, and open communication.
• Monitor and report project progress to teams, steering committees, and sponsors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and common understanding of project expectations.
• Direct and manage project staff to optimize resources and performance.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet project objectives efficiently.
