Job summary

Wineshipping seeks a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise technology initiatives from discovery through go‑live and stabilization.

You will coordinate across business units, manage vendors, and ensure scope, schedule, and budget stay aligned while communicating with executives and stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years of experience; PMP preferred, with strong governance and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management or program management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ERP implementations experience through full project life cycle.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business units and leadership levels.
• Vendor management experience with contracts, SOWs, deliverables, and escalations.
• Knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation to post-implementation stabilization.
• Direct ERP development and related system efforts including data migration and go-live.
• Develop and maintain charter, business case, scope, WBS, schedule, budget, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across business units and leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, statements of work, and escalations.
• Create clear communications for teams, executives, and steering committees.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigations, and drive resolution.
• Lead change control and ensure alignment with plans and budgets.
• Forecast resources and manage project financials.
• Support adoption, training, and transition to operations.
