Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the enterprise emergency notification system rollout across multiple manufacturing locations in Plano, TX. The role involves coordinating IT, facilities, security, operations and external vendors to ensure successful deployment.

You will manage planning, execution and change across sites, ensuring user adoption, robust documentation, and a smooth transition to support. Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, enterprise application deployments or infrastructure implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing a mass notification, emergency alerting or enterprise communications system rollout.
• Experience coordinating technology deployments across multiple sites, departments or business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of an enterprise emergency notification and mass communication platform.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk registers.
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple manufacturing facilities, offices and operational locations.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, Facilities, EHS, HR, Operations and site leadership.
