Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Project Manager in Richardson, TX to lead complex mobile telecommunications deployments and internal projects from initiation to delivery.

You will define objectives, milestones, risk registers, and governance, maintain PID and dashboards, and ensure smooth handover to NOC and operations, while guiding a distributed team in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication and PM tooling skills required, with PMP/PRINCE2 a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mobile telecoms project management
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP preferred
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of 4G/5G core architectures, IP networking, SIP/VoLTE/VoNR
• Experience coordinating distributed teams in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and lead complex mobile telecom projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Handover post-signing, review SoWs and architecture before solution design
• Create and maintain PID, schedules, risk registers and issue logs
• Track progress, budget, and resource utilization using PM methodologies
• Lead regular status meetings and provide dashboards to stakeholders
• Ensure full documentation and operational handover to NOC/ops
