Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a technology leadership role in IT project delivery, systems integration, or software engineering.
• Ability to develop detailed IT work plans, technical schedules, resource estimates, and project status.
• Strong analytical and interpretive thinking with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in financial services tech.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
• Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.
• Recommends and oversees process improvements.
• Provides expertise in IT project leadership and integrates architecture and infrastructure impact.
• Acts as advisor or coach to analysts; allocates work and guides execution.
• Provides in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Persuades and influences stakeholders through effective communication and diplomacy.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi's reputation and ensuring compliance.
