Job summary

X-energy LLC in Oak Ridge, Tennessee seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital engineering IT initiatives.

You will coordinate with engineering teams, IT leads, and vendors to scope, plan, and execute multiple projects using agile methods, with a focus on Teamcenter PLM integration and data management.

This role requires strong communication, budgeting, risk management, and a track record of delivering complex IT programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and extensive project management experience.
• 7–10 years in IT project management with scoping, planning, and scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple projects with overlapping dates.
• Knowledge of Agile ceremonies and tools.
• Familiarity with IT design and architecture workshops.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams to identify, define, prioritize, develop, and deliver IT projects supporting engineering systems including Teamcenter, NX CAD integration, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Detail and document project information, including objectives, scope, justification, scheduling, budgeting, communication strategy, risk identification and mitigation, and project activities.
• Oversee the execution of assigned projects and ensure that resources are carrying out tasks efficiently while upholding company standards.
• Lead projects involving Teamcenter configuration, integration, migration, and enhancement initiatives.
• Represent assigned projects in planning and status review meetings, document ongoing project activities and status, and communicate project status and issues to the PMO and stakeholders.
