Job summary

X Energy in Oak Ridge, TN seeks an IT Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects supporting engineering, manufacturing, and deployment goals. You will bridge technical needs with business outcomes, emphasizing Teamcenter PLM and related systems, using agile practices and strong stakeholder management.

Ideal candidates have extensive IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter, and a proven ability to coordinate across IT, engineering, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or PMP equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years IT project management experience, with scope, planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver IT projects including Teamcenter; NX CAD integration and PLM.
• Oversee execution, ensure resources deliver tasks efficiently and align with standards.
• Plan scheduling, deadlines, and allocate resources for deliverables.
• Lead Teamcenter configuration, integration, migration, and enhancements.
• Communicate status and risks to PMO and stakeholders; organize planning and reviews.
• Interface with procurement and Siemens/partners for project requirements.
• Ensure security/compliance for engineering data management systems; manage Jira/Atlassian communications.
