Tangent Technologies, LLC. is seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead IT project planning, execution, and delivery across manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions in an onsite role.

You will align business partners with delivery partners, ensure user adoption, readiness, and realized value. We require a minimum of 3 years managing technology projects with hands-on Agile delivery and an active PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in manufacturing.
• Active PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned IT projects from intake to closure.
• Lead delivery using Agile and Scrum with hybrid approaches as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across IT, operations, engineering, and functions.
• Direct external partners and vendors with statements of work and milestones.
• Define measurable business outcomes and adoption targets.
• Drive change management and end-user readiness including training.
• Report outcomes to sponsors and PMO with clear status updates.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage project financials including budgets and invoices.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure governance and compliance.
