Job summary

Tangent Technologies seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead IT project portfolios across cloud, ERP, CRM, and analytics. You will align business goals with delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate external vendors. Strong Agile delivery and PMP certification are required.

This is a full-time, onsite role reporting to the PMO Manager with dotted-line to the VP of IT. Manufacturing domain exposure is a plus, and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technology project management experience.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Experience delivering across multiple tech domains (ERP, CRM, cloud, digital, analytics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of assigned projects from intake to closure.
• Lead delivery using Agile/Scrum with hybrid approaches when needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and more.
• Select and manage external implementation partners and vendors.
• Define measurable business outcomes with sponsors and adoption targets.
• Drive change management and end-user readiness.
• Report progress to sponsors and PMO with clear status updates.
