Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks an organized Project Manager for a 3-month contract in Atlanta, GA. You will structure activities, build detailed plans, track hours, manage RAID logs, and drive accountability across internal teams and external partners.

You will lead meetings, provide status updates, and escalate blockers early while using AI-enabled tools in compliance with data protection policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of project coordination or project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to build project plans, schedules, action logs, and RAID logs.
Experience tracking internal hours and effort against approved budgets.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Planner.
Hands-on experience using AI-enabled tools for documentation or reporting.
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, critical paths, and timelines.
Monitor hours against estimates; flag capacity constraints and variances early.
Lead project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on overdue actions.
Prepare status updates, dashboards, and leadership materials for visibility.
Own the RAID log to ensure visibility into project health.
Coordinate third-party deliverables and monitor vendor performance against objectives.
Utilize AI tools to optimize planning, summaries, and risk identification while protecting data.
