Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects and cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through closure
• Define and track project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Prepare and deliver status reports to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
• Lead weekly IT-wide project synchronization meetings
• Follow up on action items and ensure accountability across team members and project owners
• Maintain project momentum and drive resolution of blockers with minimal oversight

Qualifications

• Required
  • 2–6 years of relevant project management experience in IT or technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, including scope planning, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and risk/issue management
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • High agency and self-direction; ability to drive projects forward, chase down owners, and close loops without constant direction
  • Practical working familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable platforms
  • Capability to use AI tools for meeting summaries, project plans, status reporting, documentation, and requirements gathering
• Preferred
  • Experience in a structured, accountability-focused operating environment (such as military or similar)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (not required)
