Job summary

Oasys International LLC (Oasys) seeks an IT Project Manager-Journeyman to lead configuration-management activities for the USCG Aviation Logistics Center. The role coordinates change control, testing, and documentation across ISD portfolios, working with government stakeholders to ensure plans are executed per requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or PMP certification.
• Two years of experience providing technical direction, change management, and project management.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project activities for Configuration Management.
• Coordinate IT baseline configurations across the ALC ISD portfolio.
• Oversee configuration and change-control governance, tracking, testing, and release.
• Coordinate DRB/LCCB/ICCB activities, scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinate software testing, QA/QC and release documentation.
• Ensure version control and baselines are accurate and traceable.
• Develop and maintain configuration management SOPs and data dictionaries.
• Create architectural diagrams and data models.
• Plan and manage cost, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration across ISD stakeholders and teams.
• Generate periodic status reports and metrics for leadership.
• Support DRB/LCCB/ICCB reporting and release discrepancies.
• Provide PM support for IT operations and engineering initiatives.
• Propose improvements aligned with Agile/DevSecOps.
