Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Technical Project Manager - IT to lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives. You will act as the central point between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining budgets and risks, and delivering executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly desired and 5+ years delivering technology projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and delivery.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor engagements.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports; facilitate governance meetings.
• Ensure projects align with priorities and strategic goals.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
• Oversee vendor discussions, negotiations, and contract reviews.
