Circet USA is seeking a Technical Project Manager - IT to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives. You will act as the central point between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with objectives.

The role requires managing plans, budgets, risks, and vendor engagements, with executive reporting and governance across multiple workstreams. Strong IT environment knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering technology projects with external vendors and partners.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate IT, business teams, vendors, and leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for governance meetings.
