Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Technical Project Manager - IT to lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives. You will act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT, with familiarity in Microsoft 365, Azure, ITIL, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and technology delivery.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate activities across IT team, business teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports and facilitate governance meetings.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
• Support organizational change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.
