Job summary

Skywalk Global is seeking a Product Manager to lead the CAI application modernization for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. You will define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams through design, development, testing, and implementation of a modernized solution.

The role requires coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, while ensuring security, WCAG accessibility, and public-sector compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading public-sector modernization efforts, including large budgets.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager within complex modernization programs.
• Ability to convert stakeholder needs into actionable backlog items.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and delivery.
• Experience with data conversions and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CAI modernization.

Position Summary
