Job summary

Nesco Resource in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead software, application, integration, and data projects. You will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, drive Agile ceremonies, and work with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience managing software or application development projects.
• Working knowledge of SQL including basic queries, joins, and filters.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project delivery.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira or a similar project management platform.
• Strong planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with databases, system integrations, or data platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, BI projects, or SaaS environments is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
