Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize project management tools, including dashboards and reporting systems, utilizing advanced Excel, SQL, and VBA skills.
• Automate workflows and analyze data to support operational decision-making through the creation of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build and maintain automated Excel-based tools and dashboards, incorporating advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Support operational aspects of ongoing projects by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management, providing regular updates on project status and performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 14 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, Excel, and VBA for workflow automation and data analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop new management tools.
• Knowledge of project management practices is preferred, along with a fundamental understanding of Earned Value Management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adapt to project needs and support operational goals.
