Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with large technical program portfolios and cloud or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha! is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project planning, prioritization, and execution for the Green Meadows platform.
• Coordinate schedules, forecasts, and delivery plans across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, development, DevOps, production support, PMO, and program leadership.
• Engage with external groups including FDAS, Green Pier Ops, and FSC.
• Promote agile leadership behaviors and sustain an innovative culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to leadership and interested parties.
• Navigate a sophisticated global systems environment and ensure business alignment.

Our client seeks an IT Project Manager to support the Green Meadows platform within a program management function. The role will plan, support, and execute program initiatives across a set of highly visible projects. It will require close collaboration with engineering, development, DevOps, production support, PMO, program leadership, and external partners. The position will drive prioritization, schedules, roadmaps, and process improvements while fostering agile behaviors and delivering outcomes for customers.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead program and project planning, prioritization, and execution for the Green Meadows platform.
• Coordinate schedules, forecasts, and delivery plans across cross-functional teams.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in financial services.
• Proven execution of prioritization based on business and technology needs.
• Demonstrated ability to forecast, manage, and deliver against a project plan.
• Experience with large technical program portfolios and cloud or hybrid environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with influence across organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of investment terms and practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile project management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha! is a plus.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.li>
• Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• MSCE or A+ certification required, with MSCE preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• AWS certifications preferred, such as AWS SysOps or DevOps.
