Henry Schein One in American Fork, UT is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. You will coordinate project intake, planning, execution, and delivery, working across infrastructure, cloud, security, applications, development, and business teams.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accountability, and organization in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work in American Fork. PMP or Scrum Master certification is desirable.

• Lead and coordinate the IT project intake process for new technology initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, project scope, timelines, risks, and expected outcomes
• Develop project charters, business cases, estimates, and initial project plans
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and governance reviews

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical audiences
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to leadership and teams.
• Facilitate project-related meetings and cross-functional collaboration
• Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption initiatives

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives while serving as the central coordinator for project intake, planning, execution, and delivery.

This role is ideal for a project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across technical and business teams, and excels at keeping projects moving forward through proactive communication, accountability, and organization. You'll lead initiatives ranging from Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud projects to application integrations, identity management, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise technology implementations.

This position is hybrid in our American Fork, UT office.

What You Will Do

Project Intake & Portfolio Management

• Lead and coordinate the IT project intake process for new technology initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, project scope, timelines, risks, and expected outcomes
• Develop project charters, business cases, estimates, and initial project plans
