Job summary

Cognitioworld in Columbus, OH invites motivated students for a paid 10-week internship. The program requires a four-day-in-office schedule and full-time availability (40 hours/week).

You will relocate to our Columbus Corporate Headquarters (housing not provided) and commit to June 2 through August 5.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or above.

Responsibilities

• Build and update project schedules with dependencies and resources.
• Identify issues and risks, coordinate problem-solving.
• Publish clear, accurate, and consistent project status reports.
• Attend recurring status meetings with PMO leadership.
• Assist with initiatives across Home Office systems, digital/eCommerce enhancements, and retail store operations.
• Gain exposure to waterfall and agile/scrum methods.
• Support PMO leadership with portfolio-level reporting and template updates.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and updating project schedules, including setting dependencies and resources
• Identifying issues and risks, coordinating individuals to solve problems
• Publishing clear, accurate, and consistent project status reports
• Attending recurring status meetings with PMO leadership
• Assisting with initiatives across Home Office business systems, digital/eCommerce enhancements, and retail physical store operations
• Gaining exposure to multiple project management methods from waterfall to agile/scrum
• Supporting PMO leadership with portfolio-level reporting, template updates, and internal process enhancements
