Job summary

NWU in Columbus, Ohio is offering a 10-week internship program designed to give hands-on experience in fashion merchandising and trend analysis. The role requires full-time availability (40 hours/week) and relocation to our Columbus headquarters, with housing not provided.

You'll engage in competitive patterning, trend research, sample management, and cross-functional collaboration while networking with leaders and mentors.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability for a 10-week internship.

• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding customer preferences through competitive patterning, trend analysis, and in-store feedback
• Researching current trends via runway shows, aspirational brands, and social platforms and communicating insights to leadership
• Managing sample ordering and oversight
• Maintaining merchant financial and product reporting and recaps
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth style development and launch

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the 10-week program from June 2nd to August 5th
• Willing to work four days in the office and relocate to Columbus, Ohio headquarters (housing not provided)
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship
