Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC offers a 10-week paid internship program at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters for rising juniors, seniors, and graduate students. You will gain hands-on exposure across Home Office business systems, digital/eCommerce enhancements, and retail operations while learning from experienced professionals.

Applicants must commit to the full 10-week period (June 2–August 5) and be willing to relocate to the Columbus area. Housing is not provided; GPA of 3.2+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
• Embrace our four-days-in-office approach.
• Relocate to office location (Housing accommodations not provided).
• Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program (June 2nd - August 5th).
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Build and update a project schedule, including setting dependencies and resources.
• Identify issues and risks, and coordinate individuals to solve problems.
• Publish clear, accurate, and consistent project status reports.
• Attend recurring status meetings and with PMO leadership.
• Assist with diverse initiatives across Home Office business systems, digital/eCommerce enhancements, and retail physical store operations.
• Gain exposure to multiple project management methods from waterfall to agile/scrum.
• Support PMO leadership with portfolio-level reporting, template updates, and internal process enhancements.
