Responsibilities

• Assist updates to Smartsheet Control Center tools, links, dashboards for Fall 2026 rollout.
• Create templates, linking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support expansion to include other project types.
• Develop tools and processes for managing cross-functional unit projects for visibility.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop standard work operations.
• Assist onboarding and ensure consistent use of tools; identify gaps in project management standard work

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist with updates to Residential New Product Development Smartsheet Control Center tools, links, dashboards from Fall 2026 roll-out
• Create additional templates, linking, dashboards, and reporting
• Support potential expansion to include other project types
• Develop tools and processes for managing cross-functional unit projects to ensure visibility
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop standard work operations for routine processes
• Assist in onboarding, consistent use of tools and processes, and identify gaps in project management standard work
