Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an IT Project Management Analyst in Norfolk, VA to lead data analytics and modernization efforts supporting Navy Reserve readiness. The role requires coordinating PMPs, schedules, risks, and performance metrics across multi-workstream contracts with government stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, track milestones, manage risks, and facilitate execution, delivering executive-level briefings and governance-ready data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in supporting project management, program management, or IT modernization.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, actions, and stakeholder communications in complex environments.
• Active and maintained SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate data analytics, digital modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PMPs, project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive execution.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance through MSRs and governance reviews.
• Support requirements analysis and implementation planning to improve operational effectiveness.
