Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data science & analytics professional to support Navy Reserve readiness assessments and mission assurance initiatives. You will perform exploratory and predictive analytics, develop data models and dashboards, and help design AI/ML solutions to improve forecasting and decision support.

The role requires collaborating with data engineers, architects, and government stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and ensure data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field is required.
• Experience performing data analysis, modeling, BI, and analytics work.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik and Python/R/SQL.
• Strong statistical and data management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive data analysis to support readiness assessments and data-driven decisions.
• Develop, test, and maintain data models, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products.
• Support AI/ML model design to improve forecasting and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data.
