Job summary

SNAP-ON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Richfield, OH is seeking an IT Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. This is the single individual responsible for successful project delivery.

You will establish project plans, drive completion, manage risks, coordinate with Technology and Product teams, and oversee 3-5 simultaneous projects while shaping the IT project roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate on business and IT technical level.
• thrive in a fast-paced, multi tasking, results focused environment.
• Ability to build, direct teams and provide necessary IT information to drive results.
• Project Management certification is desired.
• Experience leading project teams of 5-10 staff members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Establishes comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Drives plans to completion within budget and scope.
• Identifies risks and creates contingency plans.
• Determines resources needed for project delivery.
• Interfaces with Technology to ensure quality processes.
• Works with Product Manager to define project requirements.
• May interface with QA to ensure timely quality activities.
• Provides direction and feedback to the project team.
• Monitors progress and flags potential risks early.
• Keeps leadership abreast of status and major milestones.
• Manages 3-5 simultaneous projects effectively.
