ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure initiatives from its Cleveland, OH site. The ideal candidate has proven experience in complex IT infrastructure projects, strong planning and stakeholder management, and proficiency with project management tools. PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities among technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and project governance to ensure alignment with business goals.
