• 5+ Years of Experience in IT project management.
• 3+ Years of Experience in Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) Project Management.
• 3+ Years of Experience in Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development.
• 3+ Years of Experience in Risk Management.
• 3+ Years of Experience in Resource Management.
• 3+ Years of Experience in Change Management.
• 3+ Years of Experience in Budget Planning.
• Bachelor's Degree - Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all project management activities for agency wide initiatives as an experienced agency project manager.
• Demonstrate project management expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies and influence project team compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel. Control scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables, milestones and required tasks are completed as planned.
• This role will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan and conduct project status and review meetings. Prepare project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders and sponsors. Must be able to work with a diverse group of professionals in all levels of the agency.
• Prepare necessary documentation to support project initiatives. Manage development of project documentation for new services assigned. Ensure all required project documentation is developed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in ongoing process improvement around delivery, methodology and other relevant areas. Identify potential problems proactively and facilitate problem resolutions by implementing risk mitigation strategies.
