Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Technician to join the project construction site IT team. You will lead IT staff, set project IT goals, and coordinate resources to implement automation plans and cross-functional IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining hardware/software, supporting video conferencing, networks, and end-user devices, while ensuring security compliance and proactive VIP support. Travel to job sites and offices is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–14 years of related experience.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead IT staff and operations for complex projects and manage project IT goals.
Develop strategies, staffing plans, and budgets for IT initiatives.
Support IS&T infrastructure, including hardware, software, and OS across site and field offices.
Provide end-user support for collaboration technologies (Teams, video conferencing).
Manage assets in ServiceNow and oversee security remediations.
Travel to offices/job sites for short-term project support and VIPs as needed.
