Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an Information Systems & Technology Field Lead to oversee hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure at project sites. You will guide support tickets, provide executive-level services, and manage upgrades, cloud services, and hardware assets.

The role involves collaborating with IS&T Technicians across site and field offices, delivering proactive IT support, and traveling for short-term project coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and how to plan their implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviews IT reports, dashboards and metrics and suggests improvements.
• Develops IT guides and training materials for deployment of solutions.
• Leads cross-functional projects and provides executive white-glove support.
• Handles endpoint configuration and deployment of standard collaboration technologies (Office 365).
• Performs device management and supports end-user hardware assets.
