Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading project, program, portfolio, or delivery management functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing project managers.
• Proven success delivering large cross-functional initiatives across an enterprise.
• Experience shaping and maturing PMO practices, governance, or delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
