In the role, you will turn strategy into action by building momentum, creating clarity, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on the work that matters most. The ideal candidate develops a real working understanding of the projects they run — the business problem, the technical solution, and the systems and vendors

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience delivering technology, infrastructure, or integration initiatives.
• Experience working with Product Owners and IT leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery approaches.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear project direction and milestones.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives that deliver business value and align with IT roadmaps.
• Develop and manage project plans for initiatives of varying size and complexity.
• Build end-to-end project fluency across business needs, technical approaches, and vendors.
• Maintain project health, governance, risks, and timely decisions.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Coordinate solution planning, vendor engagement, and deployment planning.
