Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects in a retail or multi-unit environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Finance, and other business areas.
• Drive business transformation through operational improvements, technology implementations, store initiatives, and enterprise-wide projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans and keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to move projects forward.
