PPL Corporation in Allentown, PA is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to bridge technology delivery and IT Finance. You will partner with IT Finance FBPs and Technology Value Stream Leads to translate real‑time delivery data into accurate financial forecasts and own the data for your stream.

You will use tools like IBM Apptio Planning and Jira to optimize a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio, maintain forecast integrity, validate inputs, and support month‑end close with precise accruals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, PM, MIS or related field.
• 2–4 years as project coordinator, PMO analyst, or financial coordinator in enterprise tech or corporate finance.
• Experience tracking deliverables with Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity or similar PM software.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with budgets, milestones, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• EDI ownership: track leading indicators and CPI/DPI metrics.
• Audit tool inputs: ensure velocity, story points, and milestones reflect progress in Jira/Azure DevOps/Clarity.
• Flag early warnings to prevent budget overruns.
• Maintain monthly rolling forecasts in Apptio and classify costs as CapEx or OpEx.
• Co‑author monthly value stream forecast with FBPs and ensure forecast accuracy within ±3%.
• Match vendor timesheets and invoices to milestones for payments; reconcile POs.
