• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related IT/admin roles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
• CAPM or interest in pursuing project management certifications.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, including software development and ERP implementations.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, milestones, and deliverables; flag risks to leads.
• Coordinate communications among IT teams and vendors; schedule meetings and document decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with resource, budget, and vendor tracking as needed.
