About the Role:
The Project Coordinator plays a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects, including software development initiatives, ERP and systems implementations, and general IT projects. Working under the direction of the Director of Systems Applications, this role supports IT application team throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining schedules and trackers, coordinating meetings and communications, and keeping project documentation organized and up to date. This role requires someone detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, and able to balance multiple priorities while helping projects stay on schedule and aligned with user and business needs. Good communication skills are essential, and they should be able to work both independently and across teams. Strong organizational skills are required.
