Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project delivery, governance, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting across multiple IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, supporting PMO processes, managing stakeholder communications, and producing project status reporting using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or Project Administration.
• Experience supporting IT projects and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage project meetings, including stand-ups and leadership updates.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, minutes, and logs.
• Support PMO processes and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Coordinate communication with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel).
• Prepare leadership status reports, executive summaries, and KPI dashboards.
