Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to support IT initiatives, governance, and leadership reporting across multiple IT programs. This role requires coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and producing status dashboards using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project coordination, experience with IT projects, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or Project Administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience supporting IT projects and working with technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Schedule and manage project meetings, including daily stand-ups and leadership updates.
Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
Support PMO processes and adherence to project management standards.
Coordinate communication with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
Manage complex project schedules with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate meetings and follow up on actions and deliverables.
Provide timely project updates, risks, and escalations.
