Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project delivery, governance, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting across multiple IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration, plus experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall and familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel to build dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, or Project Administration.
Experience supporting IT projects and technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Schedule and manage project meetings, including daily stand-ups, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates.
Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones.
Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
Support project managers in ensuring adherence to project management standards and processes.
Coordinate communication with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
Manage complex project schedules involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned actions and deliverables.
Ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and escalations.
Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using: Prepare leadership status reports, executive summaries, project scorecards, and KPI dashboards.
Monitor project health metrics and provide insights on progress, risks, and resource capacity.
Coordinate onboarding requests, access requests, and project setup activities.
Assist with resource tracking, capacity planning, and project staffing coordination.
Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to project delivery.
Track project deliverables and ensure follow-through on commitments.
