The role supports smaller internal IT projects, coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, tracking progress, and collaborating with technical teams to meet timelines and customer needs. The position reports to the IT PMO Manager, involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, and utilizes Jira, Asana and Confluence to maintain documentation and schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination or project support.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Working knowledge of project lifecycle concepts and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support IT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Support Agile and Waterfall activities, including sprint planning and meetings.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating when needed.
• Create and maintain project documentation and rollout materials.
