Responsibilities include coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Math, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodology is desirable.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong coordination and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Willingness to work with project stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies is advantageous.
• Capable of supporting activities from planning through deployment.
• Hybrid in-office and remote work availability.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with coordination of integration inventories, migration planning, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, document decisions, and ensure follow-up.
• Escalate issues and ideas to leadership with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain project documentation including timelines and risk registers.
• Support communication to keep stakeholders informed of status and changes.
• Assist in tracking progress and preparing leadership status updates.
