Job summary

CLA in Nashville is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Information Technology team. You will support day-to-day coordination of EPMO projects, ensuring schedules, documentation, and governance activities run efficiently.

Working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and team members, you will help maintain project information, assist in onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• CAPM certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma accepted with experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, ceremonies, and working sessions.
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts and governance documents.
• Assist in executive-ready status reports and dashboards.
• Draft agendas and distribute follow-up communications.
• Support onboarding and continuous improvement of EPMO templates.
