Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas and record minutes.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to the project manager.
• Identify and address issues and risks; escalate as necessary.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Support implementation of project management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables on time and within scope.
• Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets.
• Assist in asset management, deployment and recovery.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
