Job summary

Granger Construction is seeking an IT Project & Change Lead in Lansing, MI to guide technology, business process, and organizational transformation initiatives. You will partner with leaders, teammates, and vendors to deliver projects that improve performance and employee experiences.

You will build change management strategies, facilitate workshops, and coordinate schedules while driving continuous improvement across technology and business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, organizational change management, business analysis, or related fields.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and business transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
• Build and execute organizational change management strategies that support adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering.
• Develop communication plans, training strategies, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, vendors, and milestones.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
• Measure outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
