Job summary

Granger Construction is seeking an IT Project & Change Lead in Lansing, MI to guide technology, business process, and organizational transformation initiatives. You will partner with leaders, teammates, and vendors to deliver projects that improve performance and employee experiences.

You will build change management strategies, facilitate workshops, and coordinate schedules while driving continuous improvement across technology and business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, organizational change management, business analysis, or related fields.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating needs into solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead technology and business transformation projects from initiation through implementation.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, organizational change management, business analysis, business transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvement efforts, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication plans, training materials, and change adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• PMP, CAPM, CBAP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives
• Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environments
