Granger Construction is seeking an on-site leader to guide a Mid-Michigan project from start to finish. You’ll own daily operations, align subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards on a high-profile site.

You will drive cost, schedule, and quality management, while collaborating with project managers, trade partners, and owners to anticipate challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Experience directing subcontractors and coordinating with owners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with tech-savvy approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the jobsite, coordinating daily activities and subcontractors to meet project needs.
• Manage project cost and scope, verify subcontractor work and changes.
• Maintain the schedule, notifying subcontractors in advance and keeping teams aligned.
• Uphold high-quality work and address deficiencies early to avoid punch lists.
• Oversee MEP systems coordination with subcontractors for proper installation and commissioning.
• Support a smooth close-out with a strong turnover plan.
