**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project tasks are delivered on time
- Help identify and mitigate any schedule and resource constraints
- Communicate with Facilities and General Contractors to ensure clinic IT site readiness
- Monitor submission and completion of internet circuit installs
- Maintain project documentation such as reports and plans

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, including IT projects
- Proven track record of supporting projects to specifications while managing challenges
- Relevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as within a team

- Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
